Path-Light/Area-Lights
These lights focus on safety and ensuring you and your guests are properly guided along walkways, pathways, patios, and driveways. Likewise, the fixture lights lower plant material and plantings beds.
Up-Lights
This light is at ground level and is used to illuminate hedges, bushes, and tree canopies. Similarly, it is useful for focal lighting, wall grazing, and creating silhouettes and shadows.
Down-Lights
This light is mounted from higher up and shines down on plant material and larger areas, such as decks, patios, etc. These lights are also useful when creating moon-lighting effects.
In-Ground-Lights

Following the design phase, our designer will introduce our customers to our one-of-a-kind mobile showroom. The mobile showroom lets customers see the fixtures in action. But most of all, the customers can touch the fixtures and compare them with one another. We find this approach much better than looking through a catalog. Installation Phase
Next, our team of installers take over. Our goal is to look like we haven't been on your property. We do this by taking great care with existing landscape and preserving the hard-scapes, i.e. paver areas, rocked areas, etc. on the property. Our technicians water-proof all wire connections to guard against the rainy, wet conditions of Florida. While on your property, our technicians will maintain the utmost respect and courtesy, and they will clean up daily. Maintenance/ Service Phase
Having installed your low-voltage landscape lighting "portrait," you are officially part of the Landscape Lighting Specialists' family. We have been here through the design and installation phase, and we will continue to be her for all your maintenance/service needs. It is time to enjoy your new lighting investment for many years to come. We warranty the entire system for one year along with additional extended manufacturer's warranties for years to follow.
- System testing: We check to make sure your lighting is working on every inch of your property. Technicians make any adjustments needed and address misaligned lights.
- Fallen Fixtures: We reposition any lights that may have moved to avoid lighting design degrading.
- Lens Cleaning: We check and clean all lighting fixtures to ensure optimal light is coming through them.
- Wiring: Technicians inspect, repair, or rebury all wiring as necessary.
- Timers/Transformers: We inspect, reset, and replace as needed to make sure your lighting turns on and off as needed and all lights are fully operating. Sometimes transformers burn out and we can take care of the replacement.
- Landscape Trimming/Adjustments: Technicians trim obstructions and adjust lights for growing or changing landscaping design.
- Broken Fixtures: Sometimes fixtures break from lawn maintenance, falling branches, or other reasons. We can replace any broken fixtures to ensure everything is in working order.
- Burnt Out Lights: On rare occasion, an LED light may fail in which case we can come out and replace it.
